Took my watch in for a $5 battery replacement but they found some moisture in it that wasn't letting it work right. So they kept it to clean all the moisture out, cleaned the watch overall, and even replaced a missing stone on the face, all for the same $5 watch battery replacement price. So impressed by their kindness and professionalism. Will be back in the future for all my jewelry needs!
